How to request deletion

  1. Team members can request account deletion in the web app under Settings > Profile > Request Account Deletion.
  2. Organization owners can request organization closure in Settings > Billing > Close Organization.
  3. If you cannot access the app, email hello@rovaroute.com from your account email and include the subject Delete My Account.

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing records).

What is deleted

  • Profile login access and profile identifying fields (name/email/phone).
  • User-generated content associated with deletion scope, where legally permitted.
  • Organization operational data when an owner closes the organization.

What may be retained

  • Records required for legal, accounting, tax, anti-fraud, or dispute obligations.
  • Minimal audit references needed to preserve platform integrity.

Data export

Organization owners can export their customer list before requesting account or organization deletion. Additional export options may be added over time.
