What happens when my trial ends?
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all Pro features. When it ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using RovaRoute. We'll send you reminders before your trial expires.
How does technician billing work?
The base plan is $100/month and includes 1 active technician seat. Each additional active technician seat is $25/month. Office-only users (owner, admin, dispatcher) are not billed as technician seats unless they are assigned as active technicians.
Can an owner-operator use the included technician seat?
Yes. If an owner is also assigned as an active technician, they can use the included technician seat.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees, hidden costs, or long-term contracts. The price you see is what you pay.
