Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the RovaRoute platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These Terms apply to organizations, team members, and any users accessing RovaRoute on behalf of a business.

License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RovaRoute for legitimate business operations.

You agree not to:

  • misuse or attempt to interfere with platform functionality
  • access data belonging to another organization
  • upload unlawful or harmful content
  • use the platform for unsolicited or marketing messaging

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or applicable laws.

User Accounts & Organization Responsibility

Organization owners and administrators are responsible for:

  • managing user access and roles
  • ensuring internal team members comply with these Terms
  • maintaining accurate business and contact information

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your login credentials
  • all actions taken using your account

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Messaging & Communications

RovaRoute provides tools that allow service providers to send transactional notifications to their customers, including:

  • appointment confirmations
  • service reminders
  • technician on-the-way notifications
  • service completion summaries

Messaging content and sending behavior are controlled by the organization using the platform. Each organization is solely responsible for:

  • obtaining and maintaining valid customer consent via our SMS opt-in form
  • honoring opt-out requests
  • complying with applicable privacy, telecommunications, and messaging regulations

RovaRoute does not permit marketing or promotional messaging through the platform.

Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

RovaRoute is not responsible for:

  • carrier delivery failures or filtering
  • blocked or undelivered messages
  • disputes related to customer consent or opt-out status

Service Availability

We work to provide reliable and continuous platform access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or functionality when necessary for:

  • maintenance
  • security
  • performance
  • platform improvement

Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RovaRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or service disruptions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
